M.U.G.E.N (The Infinite Fighting Game Engine) Edit

Mugen is the core of the Virtual Fighting League. It is an easily extendable and customizable fighting game engine developed by Elecbyte in 2001. It is used by people across the world, who have made thousands of characters, stages, and addons since its release. Mugen is also used by the popular Twitch-based games SaltyBet and SpriteClub. In VFL, Mugen is the core of our game, allowing us to take fighters from any game, show, or work of art and pit them against each other.
